Client Servicing Executive
 

What You'll Do

​

• Act as primary point of contact for clients; understand and document their requirements

• Gather detailed specifications for POS/retail display projects

• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure requirements are met

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery

• Develop accurate estimates and Proforma Invoices based on client specs

• Schedule client meetings, present capabilities, and follow up with clear action plans

• Build lasting client relationships and resolve issues promptly

• Support sales with proposals, presentations, and project updates

• Collect post-project feedback and maintain detailed records of interactions, specs, and invoices

Client Servicing Operations Coordinator
 

What You'll Do

​

• Take ownership of confirmed client projects after PO and artwork receipt.

• Collect and organise complete project details, including quantity, specifications, delivery date, artwork, and client instructions.

• Create and coordinate internal job cards / work orders.

• Follow up with Design / Pre-press for print-ready artwork, dielines, approvals, samples, and mock-ups.

• Track projects through printing, lamination, mounting, cutting, packing, QC, and dispatch.

• Maintain daily project-status updates and identify possible delays early.

• Coordinate with Purchase for sheets, print materials, hardware, accessories, cartons, labels, tapes, and outsourced processes.

• Ensure QC checks, packing instructions, carton labels, and dispatch details are accurately followed.

• Update ERP / production trackers and maintain complete documentation.

• Keep the Client Servicing team updated when projects are ready or dispatched.

What We're Looking For

​

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills; Hindi and basic English communication

• Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp

• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a factory environment

• Prior use of AI tools is a plus

Production Supervisor

​

What You'll Do

​

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing — from raw material to final packaging — across printing, pasting, CNC cutting, assembly, and fixture application

• Develop and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production plans; ensure on-time dispatch

• Lead and manage supervisors, operators, and factory staff; drive productivity and discipline

• Monitor material consumption, wastage, and rework; improve yield and truckload/logistics efficiency

• Ensure QC at every stage, safety compliance, and audit readiness for domestic and export clients

• Coordinate with Design, Client Servicing, and Procurement; report production metrics and bottlenecks to management

What We're Looking For

​

• Up to 4 years of experience in manufacturing leadership

• Prior experience in POSM, corrugated, printing, packaging, or display manufacturing preferred

• Strong grasp of production planning and execution

• Experience managing a 50+ workforce; hands-on, execution-focused style

Senior Graphic Designer

What You'll Do

​

• Create and adapt artworks for POSM displays, packaging, danglers, wobblers, shelf strips, and other branding materials

• Design FSUs, CTUs, dump bins, shelf displays, and parasites

• Convert client briefs into innovative, retail-ready concepts

• Develop dyelines/key-line drawings and structural layouts that are foldable, cost-efficient, and production-ready

• Adapt brand creatives into impactful retail displays

• Work closely with production to ensure smooth sampling and execution

• Solve real-world challenges around cost, stability, assembly, and timelines

What We're Looking For

​

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW

• Good understanding of print production, packaging artwork, and POSM design

• Strong sense of layout, typography, colour balance, and visual hierarchy

• Experience with structural design, dyelines/key-line drawings, and materials like PP corrugated (Sunpack) and corrugated board

• Ability to design for manufacturing — CNC cutting, flat packing, assembly

• Balances creativity with practicality; comfortable managing multiple assignments
